Niner Wine Estates has finally opened the doors to their state-of-the-art winery and inviting Hospitality Center after almost 10 years of planning. The visionary plan of Richard and Pam Niner, Niner Wine Estates is located at 2400 Highway 46 West, alongside Paso Robles’ Westside wine corridor. This exciting new addition to the Paso Robles Wine Community features a gravity fruit-delivery, energy efficient and soon-to-be LEED certified production winery, where Winemaker Amanda Cramer hand crafts artisan wines using only estate-grown fruit. The warm and elegant Hospitality Center on the opposite side of the property boasts a welcoming Tasting Room, a private wine club members-only lounge, a demonstration kitchen for visiting chefs, a boutique winery and expansive patio facilities gazing out amongst the estate vineyards.

“We have been building this project for many years now. It is exciting to see it finally come to fruition” says Dick and Pam Niner.

The Addison Landscape team was thrilled to have been a part of this process and to have helped the Niner’s achieve their dream. The sprawling landscape includes an array of Majestic Beauty Olive Trees which alongside Lavender Angustfolia line Pavestone’s Four Piece, Four Color Venetian paver driveway (47,000 square feet plus of pavers to be exact). Once on the property, guests enjoy an impressive view of the surrounding vineyards and the one acre of Lavender Provence, of the culinary variety, field meticulously planted to the extent that it almost resembles a piece of art. After one year working on the Niner Wine Estates project, Addison Landscape is pleased to showcase this amazing project and the hard work put in by the Addison Landscape Team.
